This Agreement is between you and the compute service provider identified on the DesireCore enrollment page and renewal order (“we,” “us” or “our”). It governs the recurring renewal service you voluntarily enable. Compute use, validity and refunds also follow the Compute Service Agreement.
Once enabled, we may initiate recurring charges within your authorized cycle, amount and payment method, ordinarily without asking for your payment password each time. Please review charge timing, prices, reminders, cancellation and refunds. Renewal takes effect only after your active selection and completion of payment-channel authorization. Accepting general terms, making a one-time purchase or using existing Credits does not enable it.
1. Enrollment and authorization
1.1 You authorize us to charge the next cycle’s fee through the enrolled payment channel on the selected pack’s renewal date and issue the corresponding Credits and benefits to the same account. Authorization covers only plans expressly eligible on the enrollment page, not other accounts, plans, add-ons or low-balance top-ups.
1.2 Before enrollment, we must prominently show the plan, Credits, validity, cycle, initial and subsequent prices, currency, first renewal date, payment method, reminder channel and cancellation route, provide this Agreement in full and obtain active confirmation. We will not convert a one-time purchase into recurring billing through preselected boxes, bundled enrollment or unclear controls.
1.3 You must have the required legal capacity and lawfully hold or be authorized to use the payment account. Organizational enrollment requires organizational authority. Available channels, including Alipay or WeChat Pay where supported, follow the enrollment page. Channel authorization and this Agreement together define the payment mandate.
1.4 Authorization must identify the DesireCore account, plan and payment mandate. Adding or changing a payment method or renewal item requires your confirmation. If the original method fails, we will not use another account or channel without authorization for that renewal.
2. Cycles and Credits issuance
2.1 Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans annually, as confirmed. Charge dates and the next period’s start and end are shown during enrollment and in renewal management. Date calculations follow disclosed rules; adjustments for a month without the corresponding date must be displayed and must not conceal earlier billing.
2.2 Renewal normally occurs when the current plan expires. If a payment channel requires an earlier charge, its timing must be disclosed before enrollment and the actual planned charge time shown in each reminder. We will not initiate earlier charges under an undisclosed or unconfirmed rule.
2.3 After successful payment, Credits are normally issued immediately, with validity running from actual issuance for the agreed period. We must investigate delivery problems and supply missing Credits or refunds without shortening actual usability. Old and new batches remain separate and are consumed earliest-expiry first; renewal does not extend or restore older Credits.
2.4 Renewal is time-based, regardless of whether older Credits have been used up. Unused Credits do not prevent scheduled renewal, and early exhaustion does not trigger an early renewal or automatic add-on purchase. You may choose a separate purchase.
3. Amounts and payment processing
3.1 Each charge is limited to your validly authorized renewal price and currency and ordinarily renews the same plan specifications. Initial discounts, post-trial prices, promotional duration and subsequent prices must be clearly disclosed and confirmed at enrollment. A low initial price must not conceal later charges.
3.2 Each renewal cycle should produce only one successful charge. Actual transaction status must be verified with the payment channel. An uncertain result must be checked before any request that could duplicate a charge. Confirmed duplicate payments caused by system or channel errors must be promptly refunded.
3.3 Check your mandate and payment conditions before the scheduled date. Funding sources follow your settings and agreement with the payment channel. This Agreement does not authorize us to open credit facilities, alter funding priorities, raise limits or impose undisclosed collection fees.
3.4 We will provide the renewal outcome and order record, including amount, time, plan and Credits, for account review. Invoices and correction of transaction errors follow the Compute Service Agreement.
4. Reminders and account information
4.1 We will prominently notify you before enrollment and before every renewal or actual planned charge date, allowing reasonable time to review and cancel. Reminders must identify the plan, amount and currency, planned charge date and cancellation route. Any advance-notice period required by applicable law or the payment channel must be observed.
4.2 Notices use the in-app messages, payment-channel service notifications or other service contact methods specified at enrollment and agreed by you. The end of a promotion, changes in price or charge timing and other material information must be highlighted. General marketing messages do not replace renewal reminders.
4.3 Under Account → Auto-Renewal Management, or the corresponding client control, you may view active items, status, next charge date and amount, and cancellation options. Keep necessary contact information current. An unread notice does not remove our duties to provide prominent reminders and effective cancellation.
4.4 If we fail to provide a required reminder or provide materially incorrect information, we must correct it and allow a reasonable cancellation opportunity before lawfully processing the charge. We must investigate disputed charges already made and refund where appropriate, rather than reject them merely because billing was automatic.
5. Failed payments and retries
5.1 We will notify you of failed charges and available steps, including failures due to insufficient funds, payment limits, invalid mandates, account issues or connectivity. Failure is not a successful renewal. We do not deduct unissued next-cycle Credits or impose late fees or penalties because a charge fails.
5.2 Any automatic retries require prior disclosure and your confirmation of the maximum count, time window and notification method. Without an express arrangement, no automatic retry is made. Retries are limited to the same authorized item and amount and must stop if status remains unverified, payment succeeds, authorization is cancelled or the retry window expires.
5.3 If retries fail or the payment mandate becomes invalid, renewal is suspended without affecting previously issued unexpired Credits. Resumption requires your confirmation through the provided controls. We will not silently collect fees for skipped cycles merely because funds later become available.
5.4 After a delayed successful charge, the new validity period and next charge date must be made clear to avoid overlapping periods and rapid repeat charges. Changes outside the original authorization require confirmation first.
6. Cancellation and effective timing
6.1 You may turn off renewal at any time by selecting the plan under Account → Auto-Renewal Management. Cancellation must be prominent and simple. We will not require contacting support, explaining a reason, making another purchase or paying unreasonable fees as a condition. The result and effective status must be displayed.
6.2 You may also revoke the mandate through your payment channel. WeChat Pay usually provides controls under Me → Services → Wallet → Payment Settings → Automatic Renewal (or Automatic Payments); Alipay provides mandate management in its automatic-payment settings. Labels may vary by version or language. Check the merchant and plan in the relevant recurring-payment entry before cancelling.
6.3 To avoid the next charge, cancel before the actual planned charge time stated in your reminder. We will initiate no new charge or retry after receiving a valid cancellation instruction. Once the payment channel revokes a mandate, we must not use it to initiate another charge. We must synchronize status promptly and cannot restore revoked authorization because of a synchronization delay.
6.4 A request already sent before cancellation and in an irreversible processing stage may still complete. We must explain its status and try to intercept it. You may request verification of initiation time and authorization. A charge improperly initiated after cancellation takes effect must be refunded; entering a billing cycle does not justify retaining an erroneous charge.
6.5 Cancellation leaves already paid and issued Credits usable until their original expiry. It does not automatically refund earlier payments; eligible refunds follow Section 8. Uninstalling, logging out, ceasing use or deleting local files does not revoke a payment mandate.
6.6 Check each relevant mandate if you have multiple plans, accounts or channels. On account closure or termination of this service, we must stop initiating related renewals and provide instructions to revoke remaining payment mandates. Closure does not remove existing refund or dispute obligations.
7. Price and plan changes
7.1 Before a change to price, Credits, cycle or principal benefits applies to a future charge, we must prominently explain the change, effective time and cancellation route and allow reasonable choice. Changes do not retroactively alter paid orders.
7.2 Higher charges, shorter cycles, reduced principal benefits or other material adverse changes beyond the original authorization require express consent before billing under the new conditions. Without consent, we must not charge under those conditions. We may honor the original terms or notify you that further renewal will stop and lawfully address unperformed benefits. Silence, failure to cancel or use of remaining Credits does not create new authorization.
7.3 A promotional price reverting to a later price clearly disclosed and confirmed at enrollment follows the original authorization, but the actual amount still requires a prominent reminder before the promotion ends. An increase not previously agreed cannot be charged merely by calling it the end of a discount.
7.4 Withdrawal, replacement or upgrading of a plan does not automatically move you to a higher-priced or differently specified renewal. When you change plans, review the price, cycle, Credits, first charge date and treatment of the prior mandate to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
8.1 Renewal orders follow the Compute Service Agreement’s refund and error rules. Automatic payment does not remove statutory refund, reversal, complaint or dispute rights. Services properly supplied and accurately charged are ordinarily not refunded simply because future renewal is cancelled.
8.2 For charges without valid authorization, amounts exceeding authorization, duplicates, charges improperly initiated after effective cancellation or missing service after payment, request investigation with your account identifier, order and payment records. We must check authorization, reminders, cancellation, collection and issuance records and promptly refund or correct confirmed errors.
8.3 Refunds normally return through the original payment channel. If further information is needed or that channel is unavailable, we must explain why and agree on a lawful alternative. You may also dispute a transaction with the payment channel. Seeking assistance from one party does not remove other statutory remedies.
9. Security, information and liability
9.1 To perform renewal, we and necessary payment providers lawfully process account identifiers, mandate numbers, plans, amounts, payment status, orders and cancellation records under the Privacy Policy and channel rules. Complete signing and identity verification through official interfaces. Do not share payment passwords or verification codes.
9.2 If you detect account, mandate or payment anomalies, promptly revoke relevant authorization and contact the provider and payment channel. Losses from leaked information, incorrect instructions or system failures are assessed according to evidence, each party’s fault and applicable law. Third-party processing does not automatically excuse our errors or breach.
9.3 We must communicate and reasonably address renewal disruptions caused by maintenance, channel failures or other objective circumstances, without expanding authorization or collecting twice. Liability limitations cannot remove mandatory consumer rights or apply to legally non-excludable liability, including property loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Changes, disputes and contact
10.1 This Agreement supplements the Compute Service Agreement and prevails for recurring authorization, charges, reminders and cancellation. Other matters follow the Compute Service Agreement, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and expressly confirmed orders. General terms cannot expand payment authorization granted here.
10.2 Amendments require prior notice of their content, effective time and impact. Changes expanding collection authority, increasing fees or reducing principal rights require necessary express consent. You may turn off renewal. Termination does not affect unexpired paid Credits, refund claims or existing disputes.
10.3 The laws of mainland China govern this Agreement, without removing other mandatory consumer protections that lawfully apply to you. Disputes may be addressed through negotiation, complaints, mediation or proceedings before a court with jurisdiction.
10.4 For renewal status, cancellation or charge questions, contact support identified in the order, or ask DesireCore to coordinate at manage@solar-corona.com or +86 0871-67400749. Retain order numbers and payment or cancellation receipts for verification.
